No! BondBox does not require a subscription to receive photos, messages, or surprises.

Each BondBox comes with a USBC to USBC power cord. Set up instructions are also included in the form of the "BrightBox", which is to prevent giving away the hidden compartment! A setup video and instructions will be emailed for BondBox after purchase.

BondBox does not include a charging block.

Additional add-ons such as the perfect-fit jewelry box, a watch, and a necklace, can be purchased separately. If purchased, these will come preloaded in the BondBox so you can ship directly to your loved one!

Founder Edition BondBoxes are all hand assembled, which can lead to longer fulfilment times. Estimated delivery is 6-8 weeks.

Yes! You can select from our preloaded options and then enter your loved one's address at checkout, where we will ship it, and it will be ready for you to open!

After purchasing, you will be emailed the unique BondBox code so you can connect to it as soon as they connect it to wifi!

BondBox works as a standard digital picture frame, but with a twist. In addition to editing and sending photos, you can choose from multiple ways to open a hidden compartment that reveals a physical gift, no matter the distance!

Yes, the BondBox app allows you to send messages, photos, and surprises to your BondBox from anywhere. The BrightBox app works the same, but does not have the option to open the device. This is perfect to allow your loved one to still add and manage photos, without ever knowing of the gift inside!

Yes. BondBox requires a Wi-Fi connection to receive photos, messages, and remote commands. If disconnected from wifi, the BondBox will continue to display the photos previously added.

You can send photos anytime from anywhere. BondBox stores the most recent photos on the device (about 20 images, depending on file size). When new photos arrive beyond this limit, the oldest photos are automatically replaced so the gallery always shows the latest moments.

To ensure reliable performance, photo sending is limited to up to 50 photos per month.

Yes! BondBox is designed to hold small gifts such as jewelry, watches, keychains, notes, and other meaningful keepsakes.

We do suggest purchasing our perfect-fit jewelry box, as it is designed to fit inside a bondbox and prevent small, loose gifts from shaking inside.
